Ingredients:
4 green onions, chopped
Minced Garlic or Garlic Cloves
Salt
Pepper
Toasted sesame oil
Coconut Aminos
Juice from 2 Oranges
Cauliflower Rice
Minced Ginger
Shrimp, peeled and detailed

Directions:
Chop up green onions, put in frying pan with cooking fat of choice
Add one clove of chopped garlic or minced garlic to the frying pan
Sauté the garlic and green onions until they are translucent

Add bag of Cauliflower rice to the frying pan with green onions and garlic
Add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut aminos
Add 1-2 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil

Add Salt and pepper and mix everything together and let cool for 5-7 minutes on low
In a separate frying pan, add cooking fat of choice and let the pan get hot
Add the shrimp and let cook for 1-2 minutes, if frozen they will need to cook longer

Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice from the oranges into the pan with the shrimp

Slice the minced ginger into smaller pieces, and sprinkle over the shrimp in the frying pan
Add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut aminos
Add 1-2 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil

Mix the ingredients in the frying pan together and sauté for 5-10 minutes

After the shrimp is done cooking add to the frying pan with the cauliflower rice and let simmer together for 1-2 minutes
Drain the extra liquid out of the pan, enjoy your meal
